Vinnitsky, A. V. Public Property in Russia and Abroad: Identification and Classification Problems

Abstract: The article analyzes the institute of public property and the problem of its identification in the Russian and foreign doctrines. The article also summarizes the main differences in approaches applied. The author examines the correlation between the categories of ‘res publicae ’ and ‘public domain’ and offers a new classification of public property.
