Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the key problems of the modernization of the Russian state. Modernization of the Russian state is viewed as a process of introduction of considerable changes into the political, legal, economic, social, religious and moral spheres of the society, as enshrined in the constitutional legal norms. The ideal and the result of such a modernization should be a democratic jural and social Russian state.
