Abstract: The article describes and explains factor structure of graduate’s readiness for professional self-actualization (based on the employer’s expert survey). The author of the article provides the results of the method of free associations used when studying the entire combination of features (characteristics) of such a structure. The author also shows the structure of integration of factors and features of graduate’s readiness for professional self-actualization based on the factor analysis.
