Kasatkina, A. A. Administrative and Legal Status of the Italian Financial Guard CorpsAbstract: The article is devoted to the history of creation of the Italian Financial Guard Corps, its administrative and legal status and performance features in the system of law-enforcement bodies in the country. The author o the article also analyzes the legal instruments ensuring efficient implementation of the Corps for economic security of the Italian state as well as relevant tasks and functions.
