N.B. Shlykova Evolution of Elections’ Institution in View of Local Bodies’Formation in India

Abstract: The evolution of modern system of local self–governance, the competence of local bodies and process of its formation are analyzed in the article. The author has made an accent on electoral aspect of local bodies’ formation and evolution of electoral process on local level of state governance.
