Sychenko E.V. Legal Regulation of Women’s Labour in Legislation of Great Britain

Abstract: The article is devoted to legal regulation of women employment in Great Britain. The author analyzes norms of the British employment law and the practice of its application. In the article was made research of regulation prohibiting discrimination and harassment in labour relations. The author supposes that the results of the present research of British employment law can serve as a possible reference point for improvement of Russian legislation in this area.
