Abstract: The article investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of the development strategy of innovative development of the region. We study the advanced experience of foreign and domestic economic management area. Highlights the main areas of effi cient use of innovative components of eco electric potential of the region. We propose a series of measures to develop the economic potential of the Moscow region. Revealed positive effects of tax externalities in innovation.
