Armash Peculiarities of Disciplinary Responsibility of Civil Servants under the Laws of UkraineAbstract: This article focuses on the identification and characterization of the features of disciplinary liability of civil servants under the laws of Ukraine. The author characterizes the individual types of public servants in bringing them to disciplinary measures. The study substantiates the need for performance accountability as a special type of disciplinary action. Keywords: civil servant, the disciplinary responsibility, service responsibility.
