Vasiliev Roman Igorevich Legal Regulation of the Customs ControlAbstract: The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the customs control. Based on the analysis of academic sources, legal acts and law enforcement activity of the customs authority, the author of the article describes specifics of legal nature of this type of institution. In conclusion the author gives his own definition of customs control on the basis of the specifics defined.
