Abstract: The article analyzes the difference between the two kinds of creation a text: handwriting and with the help of a computer keyboard. The author discusses existential losses connected with the transfer from handwriting to electronic writing. The article shows psychotherapeutic value of handwriting and recommends to use calligraphy in psychotherapy. The article also contains examples of calligraphy therapy techniques as a part of art-therapy.
