Muradyan S.V. Institutional fundamentals of the struggle against terrorism financing in European Union

Abstract: the article describes institutional fundamentals of the struggle against the transnational crime in European Union. Special attention is drawn to the analysis of the work of European police agency (Europol) and European organization of justice (Eurojust) in the sphere of the struggle against terrorism financing. Possible changes into All-European legislation are suggested.
