Ivanets U.L. Methods of Resisting Capital Exporting: Foreign Experience.

Abstract: In this article the author exercises extensive research of foreign experience on resisting illegal capital exporting and accumulating the capital in controlled foreign structures. In particular, the research is focused on controlled foreign companies’ legislation in USA, UK, Germany and Italy. The author comes to conclusion about the reasonableness of introducing controlled foreign companies legislation in Russia.
