Abstract: The article highlights the work of one of the world’s largest legal forums — XVIII International Congress of Comparative Law, held in July — August 2010 by the International Academy of Comparative Law, American Society of Comparative Law, American University, George Washington University and Georgetown University. Briefly describes the papers presented at the plenary and breakout sessions, as well as most of the discussion that unfolded during the Congress.
