Pilipenko A.N. Constitutional Reforms in France in 2000–s.

Abstract: The proposed to print article examines the constitutional reforms undertaken in France from the beginning of 2000. Their content and orientation reflect the basic tendencies of modern constitutional development. In this context the article, in our opinion, represents the interest for russian reader and expert connected with the legislative activity.
