Abstract: The work investigates the basic perspective directions of legal support nanotechnology in modern conditions of the nanotechnology industry, whose products have a serious impact on the lives and health of people and the environment. The possible ways to regulate issues of human security and the environment in international law and national legislative level, the industrialized countries, developing nanotechnology industry are offered.
