International Criminal Cooperation as a Mechanism of Guarantees for National SecurityAbstract: The article is devoted to the guarantees for international collective and national security. The author of the article studied a number of aspects of international criminal cooperation such as: combating and struggling with terrorism, separatism and extremism, legislation (‘washing off’) proceeds of criminal activities, illegal traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and corruption. According to the author, all these aspects of cooperation are closely connected with the problem of guarantees for national security.
