Analysis of our principles of fighting terrorismAbstract: The article is devoted to the principles of fighting terrorism, as provided in the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Fighting Terrorism”. The author analyzes these principles, evaluates their efficiency in reality, divides them into legal an organizational ones. As a result the author offers practical recommendations, which are directly related to formation of principles, which are adequate to the threat of terrorism in today’s Russia.
