Abstract: The article examines the peculiarities of legal regulation of labor employees of religious organizations in Russian Federation and in Republic of Moldova. The author pays attention to blanks in regulation of work of workers of the religious organizations, available in the Labor Ñode of the Russian Federation, and offers possible variants of their elimination. The special attention is given a question of a liability of these categories of workers.
