Abstract: The subject of this research is the procedures of assessment of the professional readiness of operators of the remotely managed robotic complexes. The relevance of this work is justified by the fact that the growing level of automation of such complexes does not lead to exclusion of a man from the contours of their management, but rather complication of his functions; and the technical improvement demonstrates high demands to the level of the professional readiness of the operators. This requires the current and full assessment of ergonomics of the robotic complexes, as well as improvement of the training system of operators, considering the potentially and actually achievable evaluations of reliability and quality of their professional activity. The examined approach towards assessment of the professional readiness of operators of the remotely managed robotic complexes, allows acquiring the potentially achievable and actually achieved evaluations of their exploitation by the operators in favor of objectivation of qualimetry procedure of the professional readiness of operators, development and realization of management solutions aimed at improvement of operators' workplaces, as well as the strategies of their professional training.

Abstract: The subject of this study are the ergonomic aspects of creation, testing and operation of computer systems for training of aviation professionals (flight crews, primarily). The process of learning using computer training systems is examined as a focused, interactive process between instructor and trainee by a determined training program, the result of which is a training environment that provides the acquisition (and development) of knowledge, skills and abilities on behalf of the trainee. The ergonomic qualities of learning environment are defined by how well the technological means of learning correspond with individual psychological and physiological qualities of the trainee. The methodology of this research combines the techniques of engineering psychology, ergonomics, pedagogy, cybernetics, psychology of extreme situations, adaptive control, feedback control. The main result of the study are the formulated concepts of systemic particularization and accounting of ergonomic aspects in the process of forming and implementing of feedback between instructor and learner, as a necessary condition for high-quality training in the interests of forming stable, reproducible knowledge and skills for exercising professionalism in extreme conditions.

Abstract: The subject of the study is ergonomic security of information display and ergatic complex control systems, measures and functions of the "developer-client" parties during various stages of the life cycle of an aviation ergatic complex prototype, in order to ensure a comprehensive registration of the human factor. The research is performed on the subject of aviation ergatic complexes, and this ensures the broadest scope of results, because such systems are among the most tecnhologically complex ergatic systems, and the cost of a human error by the operator is very high. The methodology of this research involves adaptive control, system analysis, psychology of labour, probability theory, engineering psychology, reliability theory and psychophysiology. The main result of this research is the systematization of ergonomic security of information display systems, which are the basis of securing safe and efficient operation. Comprehensive realization of those methods ensures the most complete record of the human factor in order to optimize interaction of the ergatic system operator with its technical components.

Abstract: The issues of accounting for human factor in complex ergatic (man-machine) system function management,
without sufficient (insufficient for statistic prognosis) data on extraordinary (emergency) situations brought on by
the human factor, as well as data on the preconditions for the development of such situations, form the subject of this
research. The author attempts to solve the problem of evaluating the probability of an event that is important for
ergatic system management (taking human factor characteristics into account), that was not being observed during
the timeframe being studied. The research methodology is based on the “man-machine” system operator functional
state theory, the probability theory, as well as mathematical statistics. The novelty of this research is appraisal of
functional reliability of the prediction process for pilot reliability, accounting for probability of piloting parameters
exceeding operating restrictions in flight, as it is realized in the automated flight risk management system. The results of this research are general in nature, allowing them to be used for adaptive control of any ergatic system
