Online First Pre-Publication is an opportunity to post online the final version of your article accepted for publication prior we complete the work on the Journal issue.
          The most important advantage of using 'online first' mode is the fact you and your colleagues can freely read and properly cite your article prior the publication of the Journal issue.
          You can ask us to pre-publish your article online if it comply with the following conditions:
          — your manuscript has successfully passed the mandatory online test of the degree of originality (we use the software systems ‘Anti-Plagiarism’ and ‘Anti-Rewrite’);
          — your manuscript (full text, abstract, metadata, and references) successfully underwent a technical review on compliance with the Journal requirements (Our technical editors pay special attention to the Reference list. In particular, they check the Reference list includes only the publications and sources that are directly related to and used in your paper, and the self-citations are appropriate and justified);
          — your manuscript successfully passed the double-blind peer-reviewing, and the reviewers recommended your paper to publish;
          — taking into account the peer-reviewers' opinion, the Editorial Board recommended final version of your article for publication.
          Although the publisher uses modern online technologies, all the listed stages of working with your manuscript take time and cannot be accelerated.
          If the article successfully passed all the checks and reviewing and the Editorial Board accepted it to publish, you can use the paid Online First Pre-Publication service.
          This means that after your payment is received to the publisher's account, your article's final version, approved for publication, will appear on the Internet page of the journal issue we work in progress. The full text of your article, with metadata (including the DOI and page numbers), will be available to all readers, without any restrictions (in open access).
          After the journal issue is finalized and published, your pre- published article's metadata does not change.
          Information about the results of reviewing articles (both accepted for publication and rejected) is stored in the publishing house's digital archive indefinitely. It can be provided at the authors' official request or the RF Ministry of Science and Higher Education. All reviews are openly placed next to published articles on the journal's web page. All reviews are also sent to the National Electronic Library 'eLibrary' with the published journal issues.
