Journal "Administrative and Municipal Law" is published within the framework of cooperation with the Moscow State Legal Academy named after O.E. Kutafin.
Journal "Administrative and munitipal law" is devoted to the most urgent problems of administrative and munitipal law, such as general theoretic problems of administrative and munitipal law, topical problems of administrative and munitipal law science, state and munitipal forms of control, forms and methods of administrative and municipal regulations, problems of executive power functioning, state and munitipal service institutes, problems of administrative compulsion and problems of administrative and munitipal responsibility.
Also, there are topics on administrative management.
The journal allows the author(s) to hold the copyright without restrictions. All authors automatically own full copyright in their work as soon as they create it, and current Russian Federal legislation protects them.
