Abstract:
Due regulation of lobbying allows the state to create equal conditions for the groups interested in protection of their interests. The legislator should provide equal conditions for various levels of power. Lobbyism is a phenomenon of modern political and legal life, which presupposes active behavior of persons interested (both juridical and physical persons) in influence of various power bodies in order to resolve various issues.

Abstract:
The article includes an attempt to understand the category of “federation”, to define it, and its elements taking their transformation in the modern world into account. The federation is analyzed as a form of political and territorial structure of the state, the specific features of the Russian model are analyzed. The institution of federation should be used to develop the Russian state, rather than using Russia as training grounds for the formation of an ideal federative model, which in turn makes this article topical.

Abstract:
The article includes a new approach to ensuring cyber-security in Russia and abroad. In particular, the author offers the concept of responsibility of Internet — providers,
who work in Russia. In the author’s point of view the service-provider should be responsible for the quality of information on his server if this information was put there on his consent and on his costs, knew, or could have known of its concepts, his willful or insufficiently professional actions
led to threatening information on his site. The author studies norms of legislation in Russia and abroad on this issue, offers his ways to solve the existing problems and to regulate Internet activities properly.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to topical problems of formation of legal bases for the investment activities in the municipal formations. The author analyzes federal legislation, which regulated investment activities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and its municipal formations. The author offers for the financial guarantees of investment activities in the municipal formations in order to solve the issues most efficiently.
