Abstract:
The author examines in detail such aspects of the topic as the effectiveness of civil servants, which is a key indicator of the quality of public service. Special attention is paid to such aspects as the analysis of rules, norms and principles that establish basic behavioral norms and ethical standards for government employees. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that the introduction of corporate initiatives aimed at optimizing work processes contributes to the company's achieving higher financial results. Informal interaction between employees and continuous improvement of their professional level create conditions for improving their skills. In companies where management implements various innovative programs, it leads to significant changes in the organization. It analyzes how a market-oriented culture creates motivation for staff and increases their engagement. When an organization focuses on achievements and recognizes the individual contribution of each specialist, it creates a favorable environment for professional growth and development, which in turn leads to increased productivity and job satisfaction. This approach leads to a minimization of time costs, an increase in the quality of tasks performed and an increase in resource efficiency, which directly affects the increase in sales profits and overall productivity.

Abstract:
The article focuses on analyzing changes in social structure and community life in Tuong Binh Hiep lacquer craft village (Binh Duong province) under the impact of urbanization. This is one of the long-standing traditional craft villages in the Southeast region, famous for lacquer products with high artistic and cultural values. However, in recent decades, the rapid urbanization process has created great pressure on traditional production activities as well as the lives of local people. The main method used in this research includes a questionnaire survey (N = 297) of employees participating in production in 36 households in the craft village to clarify the analysis from observation or collection of available data. In addition, the article also uses the group discussion method with the participation of representatives of 14/36 operating lacquer enterprises. The aim of the study is to clarify the changes in production organization, social relations, lifestyles and community cultural values under the impact of urbanization. The results of the study indicate that urban expansion and economic pressure have led to significant changes in the labor structure and production organization in craft villages. Many traditional households have encountered difficulties in maintaining production activities due to increased costs, a shortage of young workers and competition from industrial products. A part of the population has changed their occupations to non-agricultural sectors such as trade, services or joined neighboring industrial zones. This has caused the number of lacquer production households to gradually decrease, weakening the inherent community cohesion of the craft village. The article concludes that although urbanization brings economic and infrastructure opportunities, it also poses great challenges to the preservation of traditional craft villages. To maintain cultural identity and promote sustainable development, there needs to be synchronous policies to support craft villagers to adapt to changes, while preserving the unique cultural values of Tuong Binh Hiep lacquer craft village in the context of increasingly strong urbanization.

Abstract:
The subject of this article is the impact of domestic violence on women's reproductive fears. Reproductive fears are emotional states - apprehension, anxiety, fear, etc., experienced by a woman during the period of preparation for pregnancy, its course, childbirth and caring for the baby. The author examines domestic violence in a broad sense, that is, as violence from any family member. The generally accepted classification of types of domestic violence among researchers is used: physical, sexual, psychological, economic, use of children to establish control over an adult woman, neglect of basic needs. The key research questions are: What types of domestic violence are women subjected to during pregnancy and childbirth? How do women perceive and describe these situations? How are these situations perceived by community members and reflected in the comments? Who is most often the subject of violence? What are the consequences for the woman and the baby? How do situations of domestic violence affect women's reproductive fears? The main research method is a qualitative content analysis of the thematic communities of the VKontakte social network "Overheard from pregnant women and mothers", "Childbirth stories. Pregnancy and childbirth", "Overheard from pregnant women". Cases of all types of domestic violence, except sexual, were identified. The most common are psychological and economic. Posts initiated by group members during one calendar month (January 2025) were selected for analysis, which described situations of domestic violence, as well as comments to them. Cases of all types of domestic violence, except sexual, were identified. The most common are psychological and economic. Triggers for all types of domestic violence are need and poverty, unresolved housing problems, interpersonal conflicts and divorce. Legal and financial illiteracy become a factor that increases women's vulnerability to domestic violence. For the first time, based on social media materials, it is shown that incidents of domestic violence increase reproductive fears, and in the long term can lead to adjustments in reproductive attitudes and plans, and refusal to have more children. As practical recommendations for preventing and reducing the negative consequences of incidents of domestic violence, as well as reducing reproductive fears, we can suggest strengthening measures to provide women with up-to-date legal, psychological and financial information, as well as creating a rehabilitation system for people with post-traumatic stress disorder. Thematic communities themselves can also play a positive role in overcoming reproductive fears if, in addition to posts initiated by subscribers, they publish useful reference information for women.

Abstract:
The study analyzes the birth control policy in China from a historical perspective, from 1979 to the present. The relevance of this research is due to the fact that after decades of implementing the "one family, one child" strategy and the subsequent easing of the policy to "two children," and then to "three children," China is now beginning to experience demographic imbalances. These manifest in the evident aging of the population, a reduction in the working-age population in the domestic market, and an increasing gender imbalance. The article also addresses the ethical aspect of state intervention in the private lives of citizens and the consequences of such intervention. The policy aimed at stimulating the reproductive activity of the Chinese population must continually evolve and be supported at all levels of government. The study analyzes statistical data from the National Bureau of Statistics of China for the year 2024. It also takes into account the most recent directions of China's adjusted state policy and the objectives for the current year 2025, as highlighted in the speech by the Premier of the State Council of the PRC at the National People’s Congress session from March 5 to 11, 2025. The scientific novelty is presented through conclusions regarding the current demographic state of China in the context of economic and social challenges within the framework of implementing China's "Three-Child Policy," which has not been previously addressed. A historically systemic approach to studying this issue has been demonstrated. The conclusion is drawn that the trend of decreasing population in China will continue. The age composition of China's population will rapidly transition into a stage of significant aging, and the working-age population will continue to decline. The rapid change in China's population structure has a serious impact on economic and social development, leading to a restructuring of the economic development models of the country. It is concluded that the Chinese leadership will need to develop new economic development models. At the same time, the contradiction between the supply and demand for reproductive and healthcare services will intensify. The conclusion is made regarding the high practical significance of China's experience in addressing low birth rates. Further study of Chinese experience and the development of international cooperation in this area is crucial for finding effective solutions to the demographic challenges of the 21st century worldwide, including in Russia.
