Open access publishing costs

Our journals have no article submission fees.

However, an article processing charge (APC) is paid to promote open-access journal publishing. The APC is paid only after peer review and acceptance of articles, making all content freely available under liberal re-use terms. Though authors may need to arrange for the payment themselves, they can receive support from numerous institutions and funders that cover the fees in various ways.

Information on the APC as part of the publication costs for our open-access journals can be found here.
