Abstract:
The purpose of the study: to conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis of the most common business process modeling methods, including BPMN 2.0, EPC, IDEF0, Flowchart, DFD, Mind Maps, UML, and AI-agent-based tools, identify their capabilities, limits, limitations, and disadvantages, and on this basis propose a new methodological approach synthesizing advantages and disadvantages. Achieving these goals and extending their functionality through the introduction of specialized components for describing typed agents with levels of autonomy, cyber-physical flows, sensors/actuators, human-machine interfaces (HMI), security zones with automatic verification, intervention events, and cognitive control points. The object of research is a set of management decisions for the administration of activities in the manufacturing process of an industrial product. The subject of the research is new production and management relationships that arise in the process of designing, modeling, managing and operating human-machine systems. The methodology of this research is based on an interdisciplinary approach combining theoretical principles and practical tools developed within the framework of the main scientific schools of business process modeling and reengineering, systems, engineering, sociotechnical approaches, as well as the concept of total Quality Management (TQM). Five fundamental limitations of current approaches to business process modeling have been identified: the lack of a differentiated description of human-machine process agents; insufficient tools for calculating economic efficiency; inability to formalize cyber-physical interaction (forces, trajectories, collisions); ignoring the cognitive load of the operator; lack of built-in security verification at the design stage. The concept of a new method "BPMES – business process management in an ergatic system" has been developed, based on a four-level architecture that provides a full cycle of management decision support from assessing the feasibility of implementing human-machine systems to operational management of the current business process, which allows for a complete description of the business process. This allows managers and analysts to independently design, verify, optimize these systems and perform operational management of business processes without the involvement of highly specialized technical experts. The expediency of introducing new specialized components into business process modeling tools is substantiated, which make it possible to describe the main forms and methods of interaction in human-machine systems corresponding to the current stage of digital transformation due to the development of Industry 4.0 and the introduction of breakthrough technologies.

Abstract:
The relevance of studying modern trends in the development of competitive strategies for dairy enterprises in the context of digital transformation is determined by a complex of interconnected economic, technological, and social factors. The dairy industry, being a traditional and socially significant segment of the agrifood complex, faces unprecedented challenges today. Digital transformation has ceased to be a matter of choice, evolving into an imperative for survival and growth in a hyper-competitive environment. This requires not just the modernization of individual processes, but a fundamental rethinking of the principles behind building competitive advantages. The globalization of markets and changes in consumer preferences are key drivers of transformation. Modern consumers are becoming more informed, demanding, and focused on personalized value propositions. The subject of the research is modern methods and approaches to forming competitive advantages for dairy enterprises in the digital environment. The study relies on a set of general scientific and special methods. The theoretical foundation is based on systemic and process approaches to management. Empirical data were collected using methods of secondary information analysis: scientific publications, industry reports, data from Rosstat, and corporate and financial reporting of enterprises. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the analysis, comparison, and development of a range of competitive strategies for dairy enterprises in the context of digital transformation. The model takes into account the impact of new digital technologies, changing consumer behavior, and increased competition in the market. For the first time, an algorithm has been proposed for adapting existing strategies to the new realities of the digital economy, which includes big data analysis, the implementation of online platforms, and the use of predictive analytics for forecasting market conditions. The main conclusions of the study suggest that a successful competitive strategy for a dairy enterprise in a digital environment should be based on the following principles: flexibility and adaptability to market changes, consumer orientation and understanding of their needs, active use of digital technologies across all areas of activity, development of staff competencies in the field of digital economy, and effective data and information management.

Abstract:
The analytical design of the "business model" is widely used in strategic management, since it allows a comprehensive assessment of the company's activities. The spread of information and communication technologies and digitalization necessitate reformatting the design of existing business models. The article is devoted to the systematization of business model transformation strategies. The methodological basis of the research is represented by a set of strategic management theories, the main of which are the theory of business models, the conceptual principles of platform economics and ecosystem theory. To achieve the purpose of the study, a set of methods that complement each other was used. The solution of theoretical problems was carried out using general scientific research methods, including system analysis and synthesis, modeling, typologization, content analysis. Based on the terminological analysis of the concept of "business model", it is established that the theoretical framework of this concept is not fully formed. The design of the study is based on a consistent analysis of the components of the business model: value proposition, business organization, monetization method, interaction with consumers, key resources and interaction with the market. The configuration of these components provides the basis for the formation of one of four types of business models: product-oriented, platform-oriented, project-oriented or solution-oriented. It is revealed that the business model transformation strategy can be based on each of the presented structural elements. Possible types of business model transformation are presented.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the parameters and key features of the structure and volume of imports of the Russian Federation. The authors consider in detail the key aspects and trends of the import of foreign products of final and intermediate consumption in the Russian Federation, highlight the risks and threats to the sustainable development of the Russian economy in the context of ongoing systemic transformations caused by the sanctions confrontation that escalated in 2022. The logic and tools of the implemented empirical assessments are based on a theoretical and methodological analysis of determining the strategic guidelines for the formation of foreign trade and the tools produced to assess its effectiveness, and also relies on the approach proposed by the authors to determine the priorities of import substitution policy, taking into account the "severity" of the problem and prospects for economic development. The main conclusion of the study is the need to intensify import substitution processes in the most vulnerable areas of supplies of goods and components to the Russian Federation (machinery, equipment and equipment, chemical industry products, metals and products made of them, plastics, rubber and rubber) from the so-called unfriendly countries (Western European states, USA and Japan, etc.) Given that they account for about 28.5% of imports to Russia, restrictions on further supplies of goods from these countries pose serious risks to the sustainable socio-economic development of the Russian Federation in the short term. The novelty and theoretical significance of the study lies in the proposed concept of choosing an import substitution policy depending on the degree of vulnerability of individual industries to localization of import supplies, as well as depending on the scale of the risks of sustainable development of the national economy.

Abstract:
This article provides the results of assessing the factors that impact the cross-sectoral economic and technological effects in the development of digitalization of business processes. The goal of this work is to form a multifactor model for the development of digitalization of corporate business processes and determine the degree of impact of the factors included in this model. The author outlined and tested several hypotheses, the general idea of which is reduced to an assumption that at current stage of economic development in Russia, corporations are actually subject to the emergence of trend in the dynamically changing digital world, which requires quick and effective response to the digital development by increasing investment in digital technologies and intensifying their use in business processes. The empirical framework is comprised on the data provided by the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge of the Higher School of Economics, as well as Federal State Statistics Service on the current state of digital and business activity. The author conducts a regression analysis for assessing the importance of factors included into the model.; advances and process the hypotheses on the influence of factors upon the index of digitalization and the level of corporate business activity. The acquired results serve as the evidence base for most of the advanced hypotheses, thereby proving the theoretical assumption on the existence of certain consequences of the digital business development. The built multifactor model for the development of digitalization of corporate business processes and assessment of importance of the factors included therein would allow the companies to develop proper solutions aimed at increasing the level of digitalization. The new positions directly depend on the continuous technological changes. As a result, the gap between business needs and competencies of the workforce appears to be the key challenge for the companies.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the transformation of the concept of managing human resources within organization as a transition from object-based to subject-based management in the conditions of changing external environment. The goal of this research consists in conceptualization of the transformation of human resource management within organization under the actor approach. The author pursues the tasks to justify the reasonableness of the transformation of the concept of human resource management within organization, expound the concept of subject-based approach towards human resource management, substantiate the methodological bases of the actor approach within a dynamically developing unstable environment, and devise a concept of transformation of human resource management within an organization. Special attention is dedicated to maintaining the idea of the functional significance of a human for an organization, underlining human role as an active working start – building block of the organizational reality. The author’s contribution into the research of this topic consists in the implementation of transformation of the concept of human resource management within organization using actor approach, suggesting the transition from the object-based towards subject-based management. These changes are relevant to the methodology of pragmatic constructivism, which defined the integration of the framework of the concept that include subjects (individual and collective), values (collaboration, parametric objectiveness and accord, work as a lifestyle), principles (communication, structuring, usefulness), and instruments (experience, organizational polylogue, digitalization, which defines the scientific novelty of this study. Correlation is established between the transformed concept of human resource management within organization and the transformation of external environment as chaotic and volatile.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the questions of organizational behavior of company employees. Special attention is given to the assessment of the structure of organizational behavior, suggesting the determination of a set of factors that characterize communication potential of the company, management approach, and conflict behavior trends of the personnel. Deterioration in organizational behavior requires the implementation of flexible (adaptive), rather than just directive management approaches. With regards to company employees with critical indicators of its communication potential, it is necessary to introduce courses on the development of communication skills under the conditions of low budget financing. The research methodology is based on Fritz Roethlisberger’s theory on the fundamentals of Western managements, as well as the concept of organizational behavior of James J. Gibson. The main conclusions define the role and importance of communication potential of the company, management approaches, and conflict behavior trends of the personnel in assessing the structure of organizational behavior. The directive management approach generates the latent proneness to conflict, and in 75 percent of the cases leads to dysadaptation of the communication structure and significantly reduces confidence indicators between the employees. The scientific novelty consists in the substantiation of adaptive human resource management depending on the peculiarities of organizational behavior, as well as in the establishment of the role of organizational-psychological conditions of joint effort within the structure of organizational behavior.

Abstract:
Business risk is an intrinsic part of the activity of organization that penetrates all stages of life cycle of the production, starting from project development and finishing with sales of products and services, as well as its improvement. Efficient business risk management is one of the key factor ensuring sustainable functioning of business organizations. The goal of this article consists in substantiating applicability of the procedural approach for the optimal risk management of manufacturing enterprise. The article demonstrates that business risk management can be organized as a separate process, associated with the corporate management in general based on formalization of the processes within the organization. Formalization of business processes allows streamlining the identification process of business risks, as well as solving the tasks on risk management. For implementation of the procedural approach towards risk management in an organization, the author suggests the method of formalization of processes based on their identification by origin and destination, character of internal transformation, and place within the administration system. It can lead to creation of the network of organization processes that includes the process of risk management with its decomposition according to the types and zones of business risks. It is demonstrated that the advantage of this approach lies in its simplicity, universality, and possibility of its implementation in organizations of any format, as well as in the fact that the formalization of processes itself is a factor that reduces likelihood of the emergence of multiple business risks, especially related to human factor.

Abstract:
The object of the research is the system of strategic planning used by a company as a mechanism to increase region's investment attractiveness. The subject of the research is the process of performing stragetic planning at an industrial enterprise. In their research the authors provide an evaluation of efficiency at each stage of strategic planning at an enterprise. To eliminate discovered defects and in accordance with the set goals, the authors suggest to complete strategic planning with particular targets that can be quantitatively measured. In order to minimize problems that may arise in the sphere of strategic planning, the authors state that evaluation of the quality of the aforesaid process is very important. They offer a scheme for evaluating the quality of strategic planning and increasing efficiency of strategic planning in general. The authors suggest that we should use a certain set of evaluation criteria, each of them is represented in a form of particular indicators. Application of the above metnioned scheme for strategic planning quality evaluation will allow to define problems that may arise in the process and to increase the quality of the process. The research methodology is based primarily on the structured system and abstract-logical methods of economic analysis. To define problems of strategic planning, the authors use marketing methods such as interview and corporate surveys well as analysis of information contained in financial reports of a region's food industry enterprise. The scientific novelty of the authors' conclusions is caused by the fact that the authors apply the systems approach and stage-by-stage specification of strategic targets accompanied with certain tasks that need to be solved. The research is completed with the theoretical and methodological grounds of strategic planning and management. The results of the research can be used both in the teaching process and developing long-term plans of development.

Abstract:
In his article Surilov emphasizes the need to develop marketing acceptances as a tool for managing and developing territories which can be called either depressive or stagnating. The object of the research is innovative business zones of the territories. The subject of the research is organizational and managerial development mechanisms of business zones using marketing acceptances for their promotion to the external environment. Investment attraction and capital investments on the basis of marketing acceptances allow to fully realize opportunities for development of the region regardless of their territorial attribution. In the course of this research the author has applied methods of the comparative, state-of-the-art review of marketing acceptances as management tools for branding and creation of marketing instruments of regional development. Besides, using the hierarchical method the author has determined levels of application and use of various marketing acceptances in quantitative and qualitative researches. The novelty is caused by the fact that the author shows that regular system actions for promotion of the territory as an attractive financial and economic mechanism represent expensive elements. At the same time marketing is a more effective management tool for attracting external resources. Besides, instruments of positioning in the market of spatial services are revealed and shown.

Abstract:
In this article, the author pays attention to the fact that the theory of management, to a large extent, is oriented on managing technologies used by big companies. However, the development of small and medium-size businesses in a number of sectors of economy demands new methods of managing. Through the example of a village credit corporation as a new form of organization at the market of financial services, the author shows the effectiveness of realization of the potential of self-development and democratic forms of management. At the same time, the author notes that the government’s aid for the development of a cooperative system cannot be effective if it has an inconsequent character. In this article, the author uses the method of comparative situational analysis in approaching the issues of when new forms, methods and experience of management can appear. Basing on the results of his analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that methods of management that are close to the national cultural traditions, as a rule, prove to be more effective. The function of self-administration, which is inherent in the cooperative form, displays a strong trend for self-preservation even in the conditions of a crisis. Thus, through the example of development of a village credit corporation, the author shows that orientation on the traditional values of the national culture, which are shared by the members of the corporation, is an important component for perfecting the technologies of management.
