Abstract:
The subject of the research is the approaches developed in social science in the study of the sphere of creative (creative) industries. Discussions about the prospects for the development of creative economy sectors in Russia are dominated by economocentric attitudes. The subjects of creative industries are primarily representatives of the "creative" class – the entrepreneurial strata of the population. Technologies for promoting creative products aimed at a wide audience are becoming crucial. The scale of application of creative industries and the effects of commercialization act as markers of the "creativity" of a territory – a city or a region. In relation to Russian territories, according to the author's point of view, it is necessary to take into account the key trends that have developed in the sector of the impression economy and socio-cultural practices. There is an increasing need to revise a number of postulates generally accepted in foreign economics in relation to the nature and classification of creative industries. The methodological basis for the article is scientific research in the field of economics, management, public and municipal administration. The solution of the problems under consideration is based on the theories of "creative action" (D. Hawkins), "creative class" (R. Florida) and "creative city" (C. Landry). The scientific novelty of the research lies in the actualization of the problem of the correlation of categories of creativity and cultural creation of subjects of economic life in the analysis of key indicators of the development of the creative industries. Positive examples of creative practices, the relevance of this issue at the federal and regional levels, as well as the latest changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation, may indicate the emergence of a trend that can change the country's established ideas about the economy with a predominantly raw materials bias. Applying best practices in the field of creative economy can contribute to the dynamic development of cities and non-urbanized territories, alternative employment, geo-branding, and the promotion of social and business practices. Equally important are measures to expand the membership of creative industries, as well as to increase the quality of creative products.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of the private sector of medical services in our country in order to improve the health of the population, which is the main task of healthcare in general. Private clinics have advantages over public institutions: no queues, courtesy of staff, increased comfort, etc. Despite the progressive development of private medicine, there are certain problems that cannot be solved without an integrated approach to healthcare in general. The object of the study is commercial medical organizations; the subject of the study is the efficiency (profitability) of the activities of commercial medical organizations. The methodological basis of this study is comparative analysis, empirical and systematic approaches. The author pays special attention to the problems of interaction between the public and private segments in the field of medical services provided to the population. As a result of the conducted research, it was concluded that the solution of the identified problems is facilitated by the optimization of interaction between the public and private health sectors, including the optimization of financial flows of mandatory, voluntary health insurance funds and direct payments of patients. The novelty of the study lies in determining the main criterion for the effective optimization of the interaction between the public and private health sectors – the economic accessibility of paid medical services to the population. The approaches indicated in the article will not only increase the opportunities of the population in the field of healthcare, but also improve the quality of medical services in both private and public spheres.

Abstract:
The mobile app market is rapidly growing and highly competitive, substantiating the relevance of the scope of positioning and promotion of mobile apps. The success of each project depends on a competent product promotion. This is especially important for developers who are short on time, money and organizational resources. All of this influences the commercialization of scientific and technological activities. As a result, high-quality and potentially high demand product cannot reach their consumers. Analyzing the secondary statistical information and applying general scientific methodology, the authors determine the prerequisites and trends of development of the mobile app market that influence the choice of instrumental means in the conditions of limited budget for promotion of these products. It is determined that the pre-sale preparation of mobile applications is a powerful way that has a positive impact on the achievement of targets. This is associated with the proper «packaging» of the application, rather than its functionality. Such approach consequently allows reducing the costs of promotion and not spend money on the use of traditional advertising. The results of this research produces recommendations for app-developers, helping developers increase the effectiveness of marketing.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the state and dynamics of the development of tertiary sector of the economy of the Russian Federation. Based on analysis of the data of the Russian Federal State Statistics Service (2000-20016), the author determines the development trends in service sector in accordance with the employment indexes, work performance and innovation activity. Service sector is also viewed from the perspective of the conditions of employment (formal, considering the size of organization; and informal, level of wages, and portion of highly efficient workplaces) in comparison with the primary and secondary sectors of the economy. The analysis is conducted with application of the Fisher-Clark three-sector model, separated into types of activities in accordance with the Russian National Classifier of Types of Economic Activity. A conclusion is made on the extensive pattern of development of service sector, which provides workplaces for the majority of population of the Russian Federation; however, the level of work performance, innovation activity and wages remains very low, despite the significant number of employees with degrees. The acquired data testifies to the insufficient use of the service sector potential for economic development, improvement of living standards of the population, and formation of human capital.

Abstract:
The subject of the research is a set of factors defining unique parameters of the development of regional public catering systems. The sector of public catering plays an important role in Russia's population employment just like in all developed countries (the share of people employed in the public catering sector reaches 0.92% of the total number of employed people). It is also important for the development of small and medium businesses (the share of business entities working in the sphere of public catering is 1.27% of the total number of business enterprises), and tourist sphere. The authors of the article emphasize the need for the differentiated approach to analyzing regional development strategies of the aforesaid economic sector. Based on that, the authors present results of the cluster analysis which allows to divide Russian Federation regions into groups depending on the key factors of the public catering development. The authors' contributoin to the topic is that they offer their own algorithm for identifying key areas in accordance with the defined peculiarities of the regional development. Quite interesting (from the research point of view) is a discovedred fact that for a number of regions referred to clusters 'Leaders', 'Outsiders' and 'Prospective Leaders', the dynamics of investments into the main capital in the sphere of public catering did not have a considerable influence on the dynamics of the turnover in the aforesaid economic sector. This creates a research basis for studying alternative factors of increasing the turnover.
