Abstract:  
The subject of this article is the relation to dress code in professional career, which is viewed as a factor of establishment of the image of organization. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the author determines the role and importance of dress code in the area of education, as well as defines the key aspects of dress code in interaction of an organization and a person: communicative, economic, legal, gender, and status differentiating. The article presents the opinion of the regional professors’ community regarding the possibility of implementation of such form of academic clothes as academic mantle. The methodology of this research contains the complex approach of examination of dress code as a factor of professional culture of a university professor. In accordance with the results of a survey of the professors’ community in reference to the mandatory wearing of academic mantle in the universities, the author believes that there is no need for implementation of the aforementioned form of academic clothes. The author also comes to a conclusion on the dual functionality of dress code that can increase or reduce the efficiency of work, due to which it should not be implemented as mandatory.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the complex of male and female traditional costume of Nogais, which reflects the characteristic features of nomadic or sedentary lifestyle of the ethnos. Currently, the examined question is insufficiently studied; it is practically not represented in museums or national life, and the main visual material consists in sketches and impressions of the travelers, as well as photo images of the XVIII-XX centuries. This research is conducted for closing such gap. The work applies the general and specific methods of culturological and art review; the method of field ethnography is used due to the disperse dwelling of the Nogais. This article is first to determine not just the local peculiarities, but also common features that characterize the Nogai costume as an integral and monumental phenomenon that has common constructive and compositional system. This research is called to acquire further development in reconstruction of costumes for the museum collections and stage variations.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the processes of public spaces in contemporary urban culture. This paper explores the reasons that, according to most researchers, will lead to the decline of the traditional public life and urban public spaces. The author tries to present the arguments in favor of the existence of new forms of public spaces, and other forms of existence of social life in the cities.The author distinguishes two concepts are not well enough developed, in studies of public urban space: "mobility" and "hybridity". If fully explore these phenomena, we can solve the problem of confrontation between the public and private spheres, and to identify new forms of social interaction through the prism of fluidity of modern life.The theoretical basis of the research based on the concept of "mobile sociology" Urry. The concept of "mobility", which is based on the refusal of thinking in "terms of stable structures," allows to build a new research methodology public spaces.The main results of the study can be attributed primarily to the recognition of the existence of a certain duality in all social processes. This conclusion allows to see the mixing of public and private life and the emergence of the result of the hybrid spaces in the urban environment (libraries with remote access, parks with elements of virtual reality).There arise new types of public spaces (fairs mobile) and new ways of implementing publicity in traditional spaces (Wi-Fi access, mobile objects) in the urban environment.

Abstract: The subject of this research became the topic of deception in business and personal life of merchantry in the early works of A. N. Ostrovsky. The contemporaries perceived A. N. Ostrovsky’s plays as a satire on flaws and imperfections of merchantry. Through the efforts of literary criticism of the revolutionary-democratic character, and particularly N. A. Dobrolyubov, there has been formed a public opinion about Ostrovsky as a denunciator of the “nether world”. This “world” primarily meant merchantry which supported the traditions of “Domostroy”. The goal of this research is to clarify whether or not the dramaturge was right by condemning this flaw; and the magnitude of the scale of this phenomenon within merchantry environment. The author analyzed the content of the early compositions of A. N. Ostrovsky that described the daily life of the merchantry during the pre-reformation period. The illustrated in the plays data on the motives and ways of deception within the business and personal life were compared with the memories of the representatives of this social class about this period. The scientific novelty consists in the use of the dramaturgic compositions as a historical source for the study of manifestations of deception and swindling within the entrepreneurial activity, as well as within the personal life of merchantry. Almost all storylines of Ostrovsky’s early plays are based on one or another form of deception.  He chose the position of a satirist by revealing the imperfections of this social class, which reflected on the theatrical fate of his early works. This became one of the reasons for formation of a negative stereotype about the merchantry world.  The dramaturgy of A. N. Ostrovsky can be referred to as the historical sources for examination of the entrepreneurial activity and personal life of merchantry.

Abstract: The subject of the study is the effect of the process of transformation of semiotic characteristics of hairstyles to choose the hairstyle. The object of this study is semiotics hairstyles as the basis of the perception of the image in the process of interpenetration of cultures. The author examines in detail aspects such topics as the influence on the formation of semiotics hairstyle human visual culture, background penetration visual cultures of different historical periods in the modern fashion, the transformation of the external characteristics of the hairstyles in their symbolic significance in the visual culture of the external image. Particular attention is paid to the study of semiotics hairstyles penetration through the symbolism of forms, lines and colors of other cultures in a contemporary style.The study is based on the methods of semiotics and comparative analysis. Comparative analysis revealed in contemporary visual culture, sustainable style preferences. The semiotic analysis allowed to consider hair as a interrelated characteristics of the system, the symbolic value which is the basis of semiotics hairstyles. Analysis of the data allowed us to explore the ambiguity of semiotic system hairstyles and identify conditions by simulating the selection form, line and color of the hair, by the transformation of symbols within the forms in a culture change.The main conclusions of the study is the identification of the values of the symbols hairstyles in the formation of contemporary visual culture. The novelty of the research is to identify the prerequisites for transformation of visual semiotics hairstyles created by the sustainable conservation of cultural symbols of ancient Egypt, ancient and modern times through the interpenetration of symbolism characteristics affecting the external image of semiotics in contemporary visual culture.

Abstract: In the XIX century the town signified a lot in the cultural integration and centrifugal process in the socio cultural life of the country as a whole. The article discusses the formation and development of town cultural space of the New Age and the Bourgeois epoch. As a multifunctional social organization, town in Russia fulfilled an important cultural function. The town culture, mainly creative, substantially defined the cultural potential of the society. The town space, which is realized as a set of architectural appearance and infrastructure of the municipal economy, socio-cultural environment – a social space of culture functioning, should be considered as one of the aspect of the national cultural heritage worthy of our historical memory.
