the article analyzes stages in history of creation of legal framework for industrial construction in Russia from
the beginning of the 18th century up to the beginning of the 20th century. The author of the article systemizes the legal
base of regulatory acts, views safety regulations in the sphere of industrial construction, legal drafting methodology
and the level of systematization of historical legal material. The source of this research is the four official versions of
the Building Code of the Russian Empire.

Abstract:
over the last 25 years we’ve been witnessing an outstanding glocalizatin of industry based not only on exports
of feedstock or end products, but also on transnational arrangement of the industry itself. Transnational corporations

Abstract:
the Russian national system for the suppression of the financing of terrorism is established on the basis of international
standards. In order to comply with these international standards, a state institution must establish a series of
measures which ensure prosecution for actions related to financing of terrorism. In some cases administrative measures
can also effectively influence the development of legal environment in the sphere of suppression of the financing of terrorism
if duly applied. The Russian model for suppression of financing of the terrorism seems to be generally adequate
and effective, however, a number of evident defects and gaps there create a need in further improvement of domestic
legislation in this sphere.
