How to quickly submit an article prepared in Microsoft Word

Prepare your article to be placed in the online journal. Carefully read the requirements for articles. Arrange text in Word as required. From the text, remove in advance the names of the authors, the title, the abstract, keywords, UDC, author details, and bibliography. You should now be left with only paragraph subheadings and the text of your article. If your article does not contain paragraphs, then only the text of the article should remain.

2. From your article, remove all hyperlinks and links to Internet resources (highlighted in blue in Word). Replace them with footnotes to your bibliography, as described in the requirements for articles.

3. Highlight individual paragraphs of your article (without the headings) in Word by holding down the Shift key and dragging the cursor by using arrow keys.

4. Copy the selected text to the clipboard. To do this, press the key combination Ctrl-C (in an English keyboard layout) simultaneously or right-click on the selected fragment and select "Copy" from the pop-up menu.

5. Go back to our site and insert the paragraph by pasting the text from the clipboard by pressing Ctrl-V simultaneously. NOTE: Right-clicking on the text box and selecting "Paste" does not work in the browser. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl-V instead; keep in mind that you should choose the English layout on your keyboard so that the key combination is sure to work.
