Abstract: Based on specific features of transnational organized crime one can say that the state is not able to fight organized criminal formations if acting alone. Since modern crime is a global problem, its solution should be also searched for in the international realm. Which, in turn, calls for international cooperation in the sphere of transnational organized crime.
