Abstract: This article is devoted to methodology of scenary analysis and modeling of social, economic, and information processes for the purpose of raising efficiency of information management. The developed methods and models allow analysis and synthesis of possible scenarios of development of social and economic systems based upon the use of modified model of operator-oriented sign graph.
