Abstract: In Russia development of the child psychology as an independent science was closely connected to the development of the psychology all over the world. It was also coordinated according to the general tendencies of the researches of child development, changing goals of up-bringing, realization of the need to develop a scientific theory of up-bringing as well as new ideas of development in biology, birth of experimental psychology and related objective methods of research.
