Lizikov, M.S. Principles of overall control as the basis of the nuclear export policy of the USA

Abstract: In this article based on analysis of normative legal acts of the USA, which form the legal basis for the system of nuclear export, the author establishes the principles of policy of nuclear export of this country. The article includes analysis of nature, content, and mechanism of realization of the key element of the nuclear export of the USA – the principle of overall control.
