Chvyakin, V.A. Fighting anti-disciplinary behavior of the juvenilesAbstract: Children amount to more than a quarter of the people of the Russian Federation. However, in the course of social and economic reform the state government and municipal bodies have failed to provide guarantees of protection for the juveniles from the negative consequences of transitional period. The aggravation of social and political situation in Russia had a considerable negative impact on the position of the juvenile. The crises in many spheres of state government directly influenced the situation in the sphere of juvenile offences. As the studies had shown.
