N.V. Vlasova Unification of conflict rules on agency in international commerce

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of uniform regulation of agency in international commerce. Author examines the main provisions of the Hague Convention 1978 on the law applicable to agency in comparison with the conflict rules of the Russian Civil Code and Regulation “Rome I”. Author comes to the conclusion about advantages and disadvantages of regulation of agency in international commerce by uniform conflict rules.
