On the Question of Legal and Organizational Grounds for Judicial Control over Local Self-Government Authorities in Foreign States (the Case Study of Germany, France, USA and Great Britain) Abstract: Based on the study of foreign laws and scientific literature the author of the article analyzes the institution of judicial control over local self-government authorities in advanced countries. It is concluded that foreign states use different forms of judicial control such as the control performed by ordinary courts, administrative courts, ordinary and administrative courts altogether, arbitrage courts and administrative tribunals.
