Vatel Anton Yurjevich Standards of official and ethical conduct as one of the anti-corruption means in the civil service sector

Abstract: the article presents the author’s research in the sphere of legal and organizational issues of establishment and realization of official and ethical standards of conduct. The role and influence of these standards on the mechanism of anti-corruption means is evident. The article contains an analysis of judicial practice in relation to this topic.
