Governmental Strategy in the Sphere of Education: Political and Legal AspectAbstract: The author of this article describes the basic issues of the governmental policy in education that are typical for modern Russia. The author also analyzes the governmental strategy in this sphere and its political and legal grounds. It is concluded that there is a need in changing the place and role of the system of education in the life of the modern society and government.
