Abstract: Applying the regular pattern of self-organization of complex systems in culture, the author gives a definition of ‘unbalanced culture’ and describes the objective laws of ontology of consciousness. Unbalanced and balanced processes in culture are interrelated with the processes of becoming an object and reverse. Evolution of culture can be discontinuous and continuous, functional and structural dissipative and determinative. The main goal of the author was to reveal the inner patterns of evolution of culture and consciousness.
