Demchuk D.S. Legal International Problems in the sphere of control over use of nuclear materials.

Abstract: In this article author describes several problems in international law in the sphere of control over use of nuclear materials, which grow from Nuclear Non–Proliferation Treaty and number of other international acts in this field. Also there are described activities of international organizations, such as IAEA, for non–admission of illegal turnover and use of nuclear materials.
