Sekretareva, T.M. On the issue of possibility of limitation of right to amnesty.

Abstract: The author discusses the issue of application of amnesty to the category of persons, as defi ned in Art. 97 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, to whom compulsory medicinal measure may be applied. The author analyzes criminal law and criminal procedural law on the issue, and then establishes the position that it is not reasonable to apply amnesty to such persons.
