Abstract: The article analyzes how the Russian social and political thought is reflected in the first issue of the ‘Russian Philosophy’ encyclopedia. The encyclopedia was prepared by a large group of scientists of the philosophical faculty of Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, Institute of Philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences and other universities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg and other cities
